I bought this audiobook for my Spanish-speaking cousin who has ADHD, and it has been a blessing for her. Since she started listening to it, I've noticed a significant improvement in her organization and focus. One deeply personal story is when she, for the first time, managed to complete an important work project without distractions, using the time management techniques suggested in the book. The guide on simple dietary changes has also helped her better control her symptoms, and yes, chocolate is still on the menu.
