I was entertained by this story. I was surprised by the protagonist, Al de Duco, as he was once part of the Mafia, and now, he was a private investigator hired to look into a possible case of infidelity and then into the murder of Milton Arrowsmith. I liked that Al was able to use skills learned from his notorious past to try and solve the murder. I appreciated the eccentric cast of characters. I was entertained by Charlie Glaize's narration and all the different voices which he gave to the various characters. I was given a copy of the audiobook. I volunteered, without financial gain, to post this review which reflected my honest opinions regarding this audiobook.

Murder in Vancouver is an interesting cozy mystery with a tough ex mob detective who gets hired to investigate a murder and a stolen painting. The story has a fun cast of characters and some spoiled, sweet dogs.

The narrator of the book does a good job. He is a bit gruff which fits the lead character well, but perhaps not as good for some of the other characters.

I received a complimentary copy of this audiobook. This is my honest and voluntary review.
