Congresswoman Lauren Boebert
About this listen
How Lauren Boebert, the gun-toting Congresswoman from Rifle, Colorado, joined the fight to make sure we never live in a socialist country.
Lauren Boebert is the gun-toting Republican Congresswoman from Rifle, Colorado, who overcame difficult life circumstances to be a leading voice for personal freedom and our 2nd Amendment rights. Raised on welfare in a Democrat household, young Lauren learned from her first job at McDonald’s that she could provide for herself better than the government ever could. She gained national attention after wearing a Glock on her hip and telling Democrat presidential candidate Beto O’Rourke, “Hell no, you aren’t taking our guns.” A self-taught conservative and small business owner, Lauren Boebert’s My American Life describes in vivid detail why Lauren dropped out of high school, the success of Shooters Grill (where her restaurant staff open-carries live firearms), and how she came to be a United States Congresswoman, making sure her four boys never grow up in a socialist country. Lauren Boebert is a true believer in the opportunity of an America based on the beliefs in God, family, and country, where a 100-pound, five-foot-nothing mom who had never been elected to public office suddenly had the opportunity, in Congress, to stand up for our core conservative beliefs and call Nancy Pelosi, AOC, and the rest of the crazy liberals out on all their bullcrap.

Story
Steve Bannon, the chief architect of Trump’s 2016 win, describes Taking Back Trump’s America as “a brass-knuckled insider’s account of the merciless 2020 fall and miraculous 2024 rise of the White House of Trump”. In Peter Navarro’s telling—he was in all of the rooms where it happened—Trump’s fall may be laid squarely at the feet of a coterie of incompetent and disloyal “bad personnel” inside the White House. They continually sought to undermine the commander in chief they putatively served.

In American Marxism, Mark Levin explained how Marxist ideology has invaded our society and culture. In doing so, he exposed the institutions, scholars, and activists leading the revolution. Now, he picks up where he left off: to hold responsible the true malefactors steering our country down the wrong path. Insightful and hard-hitting as ever, Levin proves that since its establishment, the Democrat Party has set out to rewrite history and destroy the foundation of freedom in America.

Few White House advisors have had such an expansive portfolio or constant access to the president. From his office next to Trump, senior adviser Jared Kushner operated quietly behind the scenes, preferring to leave the turf wars and television sparring to others.

The left has corrupted the U.S. legal system. Wielding the law as a weapon, arrogant judges and lawless prosecutors are intimidating, silencing, and even imprisoning Americans who stand in the way of their radical agenda. Their "enemies list" even includes parents who dare to speak up for their children at school board meetings. In this shocking new book, Senator Ted Cruz takes listeners inside the justice system, showing how the wrong hands on the levers of power can strangle liberty, crush opposition, and wreck lives.

Behind a smokescreen of “preparing students for the new industrial economy,” early progressives had political control in mind. America’s original schools didn’t just make kids memorize facts or learn skills; they taught them to think freely and arrive at wisdom. They assigned the classics, inspired love of God and country, and raised future citizens that changed the world forever.

Story
Once described by The Washington Post as "the most interesting mayor you've never heard of", Pete Buttigieg, the 36-year-old Democratic mayor of South Bend, Indiana, has improbably emerged as one of the nation's most visionary politicians. First elected in 2011, Buttigieg left a successful business career to move back to his hometown, previously tagged by Newsweek as a "dying city", and transformed it into a shining model of urban reinvention.

Story
Part memoir, part manifesto, Radical is this fearless advocate's incisive, intensely personal call-to-arms. Rhee combines the story of her own extraordinary experience with dozens of compelling examples from schools she's worked in and studied-from students from unspeakable home lives who have thrived in the classroom to teachers whose radical methods have produced unprecedented leaps in achievement. Radical chronicles Rhee's awakening to the potential of every child, her rage at the special interests blocking badly-needed change, and her recognition that it will take a grassroots movement to create outstanding public schools.

Story
Do you remember your first time? People tend to remember the moment they first heard The Rush Limbaugh Show on the radio. For Zev Chafets, it was in a car in Detroit, driving down Woodward Avenue. Limbaugh's braggadocio, the outrageous satire, the slaughtering of liberal sacred cows performed with the verve of a rock-n-roll DJ-it seemed fresh, funny and completely subversive.

Real Americans, living real lives!
What a great, well written story of how many (millions) of Americans lived their lives! These blow hard (lifetime) Politicians, who’ve never had to work a real job and speak out if their as$’s, it’s a pleasure listening to a real American family, speaking about real American issues! This book should be a requirement for all politicians who sit on the American thrones if sucking dollars (for life) from hard working Americans!!!

Great Book
I enjoyed listening to this book so much. I listen to books all the time but this is one of my favorites. She is so open and candid about who she is and where she came from. So much respect for her to be so honest. I love how she stands up for Americans and says exactly what we are all screaming at our TVs. Great job Lauren, you are an amazing story teller and a even better person. I feel like I know you. Ruby

An honest story about a self made woman
I enjoyed this book. Lauren Boebert’s story is amazing. For someone who started with very little she has grown into a strong woman. Instead of depending on the government to solve her problems she conquered them by her strong faith, hard work and integrity. She has shown that following the American dream is possible. Colorado should be very proud of her. Thank you for sharing your story!
