Brought to you by Penguin.

The memoir from Wrexham's star player, Paul Mullin, as featured in Welcome to Wrexham, a Disney+ documentary series by Ryan Reynolds and Rob McElhenney.

In July 2021, shortly after being named League Two's Player of the Season and Golden Boot, Paul Mullin sent shockwaves through the EFL by taking a downwards move to National League team, Wrexham AFC. Since then, 'Super Paul Mullin' has helped transform the Wrexham team, scoring dozens of goals and capturing the imaginations of football fans across the world in the process.

Here for the first time, Mullin tells his own story: his roots in Liverpool, the highs and lows of English football's promotion race, lessons learnt from his young son, and what happens when Hollywood comes knocking.

Insightful, Touching Look Into Mullin’s Life

What a listen! As a fan of Welcome to Wrexham, I was so excited to see Mullin had written a book about his experiences. I came for the Wrexham story, but kept listening because of the humor, humility and easy listening. Teared up at some of the Albie stories. A must not miss of Wrexham (and Super Paul Mullin!!) fans!

PS — the narration is spot on and very relaxing. I could listen to Paul read all day!

Must listen! Scouse accent galore!

Heartfelt funny read. Love the fun smart prose, Paul Mullin comes across as the dude we already know he is: funny, humble and sweet. The chapter about Albi tugged our heartstrings and tickles our funny bone. Worth to get just so you can enjoy his scouse accent.

Unbelievable story!!

Truly inspiring story with heartfelt moments. It was great hearing Paul’s side of the story as he went from club to club until he found his home. I can’t believe how some managers just refused to utilize him and didn’t help him realize his full potential. Makes me think how many players get washed out and quit due to poor managers

We got Mullin! Super Paul Mullin!

Fantastic read! To listen to Paul Mullin tell his own story is a treat. The story behind Wrexham's super-goal scorer is honest, fun, and exciting. I particularly enjoyed all the personal stories about his family, baby boy Albi, partner Mollie and clubs he's played for. Everything that's not in the documentary is in this book, from his first days at Wrexham to helping the team earn promotion to the EFL. If you love Wrexham and can't get enough of the documentary, Mullin's book is the perfect Coda to his first two years at The Racecourse! Up the town!

Phenomenal Story about Football and Family

I’ll admit, I’m a Wrexham fan and didn’t think I could like Super Paul Mullin any more than I already did, but this book proved me wrong. Paul give an open an honest account of his football career while talking about the highs and lows of being a parent and learning how to cater to his sons needs. Albi is incredibly lucky to have a father as wonderful as Paul and regardless of goals scored on the pitch, Paul Mullin will always be Super in my book for that!
