Finally Something That Actually Gets It

What I liked most about this audiobook is how real and doable it felt. It doesn’t shame you for having ADHD or expect you to magically turn into a super-organized person overnight. The step-by-step tips felt made for my brain, not against it. Honestly, it made organizing and managing my time feel way less overwhelming and that’s a huge win!

A Guide to Actually Supporting My Friend with ADHD

Honestly, watching my brilliant friend, who happens to have ADHD, try to wrestle with the chaos of daily life using advice that just didn't click for her was so frustrating – for both of us! This audiobook, though, felt like someone finally handed me a pair of glasses to see her world more clearly. Alexia Stratton really explains why certain things are a struggle and offers these compassionate, practical strategies that make so much sense, not just for her, but for how I can be a better, more understanding friend. It’s less about ‘fixing’ and more about working with how her brain is wired, and that just clicked. Christine Behymer's narration is so warm and approachable, it felt like listening to a really wise friend explain it all. If you have someone in your life with ADHD and you’re looking for genuine ways to support them without sounding like a broken record, this book is a real gift.
