These kinds of books are exactly what helps me understand myself and others better. Emotions rule our world, and it's good to know where they come from, how the brain works, and how some people are a little "deviant" or "eccentric" in their own way, even though there are perfectly rational explanations for it.

Even though the title is "neuroplasticity" I think the author didn't want to specifically focus on that term so much. In fact, she doesn't say much about it at all, but instead, focuses on multiple personality disorders, artificial intelligence, and neural networks, which are all related subtopics to brain science in general. So if that's your cup of tea, go for it. I liked it, personally.

Thank you for this book. I learned a lot about AI, about the brain, about DID, and I'm not sure about the word neuroplasticity... maybe that was just for title purposes, or for the series. But I don't care. Aside from that, it's a great book. The subtitle reveals the exact topics this book talks about, so if that's your cup of tea, go for it.

There is no connections drawn between DiD and AI. No clue why they combined the two.

AI Generated Book?

This book is a hodge-podge of anecdotal and largely incorrect information that will lead to the further stigmatization of people influcted woth Dissociative Disorders.

uninformed and harmful
