Great insights

I have already listened Tony’s book about delivering successful presentations and this one is as good as the first one I listened to. Both of them have great insights in solving problems and offer common sense ideas and concepts from the author’s own experience.

Highly recommend!

A great guide. There are some techniques I didn't find in similar books. Especially about identifying and correcting the errors in current projects . Also, getting back customer confidence in your project and your team is an issue that I have found explained only in this book. High recommendation!

Excellent!

No one wants their project to fail. But what is the most important part of the project? After listening to this book I realized that the most effective project manager has to have the appropriate mindset and skill set. That guarantees a successful job.
