About this listen

Monsters and mystery in a remote stronghold - explore the Citadels of the Forgotten Realms(R)!

Neversfall was supposed to be Estagund's stronghold in the wilds of monster-ridden Veldorn, an unassailable citadel to protect the southern lands. Then the regiment holding Neversfall disappeared, leaving no hint of what took them. The replacement forces find themselves attacked from both within and without the fortress's walls. Besieged by monsters and men, a mercenary captain and an elite warrior must work together to discover out who their enemy really is.

Filler "quote" verses and limited narrative voices and tempo made a good story difficult.

Enjoyable story, but a struggle at times.

I think I need to follow these characters more. Some combination of narration and plot made this feel like an awkward pilot for a decent series. I enjoyed it, though.

Ok. Maybe Pretty Good?

Average Story and Narration. I really struggled with this story and I felt lost at times the Narrator was okey at best.

Hard To Follow this story and the Narration was average.

I wish I could have liked this novel… but the voice acting was horrid… and while the description was good in this book… the dialogue was cringey… if you read this make it a drinking game… drink for each: son, sir, and said!

Sounds like an AI voice
