I’m so sad that Dahlias story is over but overcome with a sense of peace at the same time. This is my second reading of the story, the first being through the actual book, and I’ve got to say I’ve never cried so much after knowing what’s coming before. This series was amazing! I’m hoping and praying the author makes more books along this line (with awesome characters and side characters who shine even more brightly than the sun at times). The narrator is also amazing, her voicing of the characters is incredible and has made listening to the series a real treat! Though I’m sad that Dahlias story has ended, I also feel like all the loose ends are tied and am more content with the resolution than I ever thought I could be.

The perfect end to an AMAZING series!♥️

Dahlia will forever be one of my favorite characters from a series as amazing as this! :) We are at the final book and man, what an amazing ending! So much has happened with the other 4 books, and so much was added to this one book alone. Half of her team went to another world to retrieve Creed's brother, as well as tackle what they can. While they are there, the apocalypse happens on Earth. Dahlia struggles with the dragon in her heart, I will always remember this series, and might even binge listen again! :)

Wow! This last book in the series was amazing. Dahlia was beset by trials and tribulations. Half of her crew was missing, and Dahlia had no idea what was happening to them. Sentinel City was becoming overcome by the blight, varied creatures were roaming the streets, and humanity was facing annihilation. This story was an emotional rollercoaster. The world building was complicated. The action was fast paced and intense. The characters were complex and fierce, and Dahlia and her friends will remain in my memory for a long time. I liked all the varied fantastic beings that played a role in this story. I recommend this series to others who like this genre. Cassandra King's narration was superb, and her performance added to the story's entertainment. I was given a free copy of the audiobook, and I have voluntarily posted this review.

his is the final book in the series, and I have eaten up every single one. Having the audio version available is such a treat! Cassandra King is a phenomenal narrator who does justice to the series. She really plays Dahlia well, making the character come alive in a new way.

As far as the story goes, Dahlia has remained true to her core self. Without giving in spoilers away, she has also evolved into something quite new. Her supporting roles and friends along the way have developed, as well as the world(s) around her. This is such a unique story line, and is such an easy decision to pick up and read. You definitely won't regret it.

I do have to say even the villains/anti-heroes I find myself empathizing with, or at least seeing from their perspective. This is such a nice wrap up to an enthralling fantasy series I know without a doubt I will be reading again. It was also, just a little bit of a shock I was not expecting!!! While Dahlia isn't the most lovable character, she certainly is inspiring, strong, and extremely loyal. I haven't met a character or being quite like her yet, and it was such a pleasure to hear her story. Love, love, love this series.

Dahlia has worked so hard to build a safe Sentinel City. That all changed in a blink of an eye. As the blight continues to devour everything in its path. Most of Dahlia's team have gone missing and she must try to save them. I found Dahlia Nite to be strong and independent, with the desire to save those around her. The author of this story has once again kept me reading. This story had so many feels and the suspense was that of a rollercoaster, you never knew what was going to happen next. Which makes for an interesting and well written novel. It is a fantastic audiobook to listen to while traveling. This is the fifth book in this series. It answered so many questions as the book came to an end. It is important that you read the series in order. As I am so sure you will love it as much as I did.

I have enjoyed listening to this series from the start. This is a series that I highly suggest listening from the beginning as they build on one another. It will help you enjoy this series,and the characters The narrator brings the story to life with are different tones they use. They made the characters feel real and had me coming back for more. This is not my first audio but it is one of my favorites. Dahlia finds herself in a race against time and dealing with the dragon inside that is itching to get out. This is a fast paced story that is entertaining and easy to listen to. I highly recommend this audiobook.

Nite Fire: Exit Strategy is an incredible story! This is the first book that I have read/ listened to by C. L. Schneider. From the first word, I was propelled into an incredible action scene and an apocalypse to boot. The action and suspense are present throughout the book. I did not want to stop listening for a minute!

The audiobook quality and the pacing are amazing. Dahlia's voice is what I expected and her personality shines through. Some of the other male characters' voices can be a little annoying but overall I thought the performance was great. During some of the intense scenes, the narrator slows down to really provide the needed impact.

Even though there were previous books that I have not read I was able to understand the story and fell in love the with characters. Dahlia is a strong female character lead. The authors' descriptions of the places and the creatures gave me clear visuals of the world. I love how Dahlias' shifting is described. I cannot wait to read/ listen to the rest of the series!

I rarely write reviews but felt this series deserved it. first off there isn't enough star's to give for the performance it was outstanding this series was literally brought to life absolutely loved it. the story and characters were so well written the series suspenseful, action packed with a touch of mystery ,romance, and yes humour. it definitely had everything I love in a book I recommend you don't listen unless you do the whole series things from previous books come forward in each book. Highly Highly recommend both author and narrator 😉
