good quick read (listen). great info for both new and old investors. some of the info is a bit dated but non the less it provides a solid overview of the power of real estate and creative ways to get in the game with little to no money.

    not bad

Not a bad book at all. It does what it says it would. However the first hour and a half is too philosophical and doesn't have much to do with real estate. I felt like it was just filling in time. The rest of the book has some pretty good tips.

    Still the Master

Ive always had a real fascination with people who lead the way. Robert Allen pioneered Real Estate training 30 years ago and with this book shows hes still at the top of his game. Ive read numerous RE investing How To books and was anxious to compare this one to them. After hearing countless hundreds of important concepts on the subject two things stand out in this book. First, he doesnt miss anything. Second, he covers a few the others miss.

    Nothing Down for the 2000s

I was very disappointed in this book. The title is very misleading. It doesn't focus on Nothing down as the title indicates and is more of a motivational book. I feel cheated!!
