I received this audiobook free, as an Audiobook Obsession Reviewer, for an honest review. If you want sex, explicit sex, this is the book for you. This book continues from the first, except this ending is HEA. Eric and Jude have a very volatile relationship. The no compromising Eric and Jude, with her fiery Spanish temper, are like fire and gas. The book is one half fighting and one half sex. I would place this book in the erotica genre. This book is more of the same from the first in this series. The narrator did a great job with the characters and the personalities of each character.

Loved book 2 as much as book 1! The angst, love and banter is great! The hot sexy is a bonus! It def is one that keeps you tied in and not want to put it down! Narration was spot on too! They both can make you feel it

Most important, you do have to read the series in order to follow the events of this story. I would recommend this books to fans of the first book. I almost didn't read this one as I didn't like the on/off relationship in the first story, but I found most of this book improved in that respect. While the characters weren't perfect, they seemed to be trying to make the relationship work. I did make a note while I was listening that the last 2 hours reminded me of the first book and the characters were both so stubborn that it was frustrating. I would have liked to give the story 3.5 stars, because while I didn't care for the relationship drama, I did want to continue listening to find out what happens.

The performance was exceptional for a single narrator. There were times listening in the car when the narrator sounded like two different people, though the voices didn't sound quite that distinct when listening with my tablet. I would definitely listen to more by Ava Lucas.

I loved this so much! Thank you for not ending this book in a cliffhanger I wouldn’t be able to manage to wait for the next book. But I can’t wait to finish the series anyways.

The narration was brilliant! Ava is one of my favourites!

No details as to what caused the break up...hints were dropped but nothing specific was ever explained. That upset me, I wanted to know why Betta deserved to get beat up. Other than that, it was a good book, not too dirty with the language etc.

I really loved the first book and fell in love with the characters. However the audio of this 2nd book changed the voices of the German main character and made others sound awful. It really bothered me the entire read and I would have canceled if not invested in the story. If you heard this one first it may not bother you, but if you loved the characters from the first book the change in voice was not a good one and lost the charm of the German Man and made all the other Germans sound like trolls. Sorry it hurt this audio reading.
