Publisher's summary

Every story needs a villain. The arrogance. The conceit. The lone wolf. Oliver Rossi is that person on the track. And leave it to me . . . I’ve gone and fallen for him.

Rossi is his own worst enemy. He doesn’t care what people think or what’s expected of him. And he’s reached the pinnacle of his sport because of his bad boy ways.

He’s unpredictable and reckless on the track. He’s even worse off of it. After years of circling around each other, all it took was one night, one uncharacteristic act of chivalry, to know I wanted more with the man everyone hates. Forget the warnings from my brother about his new teammate and the fallout from my family—he’s worth the risk. With his job on the line and eyes always on us, secret trysts are all we allow ourselves. It’s all fun and games until lust turns to love and for now begins to feel like not enough. I want it all. I want forever. And I want it with Oliver Rossi.

But is Rossi willing to show the world he’s ready to move past his villain era so we can have our own happily ever after or will this whole thing spin out of control?

K. Bromberg has another checkered Flag!

This is book 4 in the Full Throttle Series. Each story is an interconnected stand alone. You do not need to read these in order. Each story can stand on its own without reading the prior books.

🏎️ Formula 1 racer
🎨Aspiring artist FMC
🤌🏻Brother’s teammate/rival
🤭Lots of banter
🚫No third act break-up
🫶🏻Redemption ARC
🔥Nickname in a foreign language

There were so many good things about this book. The characters were amazing even though I wanted to slap Sophia a few times. Oliver was the sweetest and he was a big cinnamon roll when it came to loving Sophia. Their nicknames of Just Ollie and Simply Sophia were such an important part of the book. Their family life really did a number on both of these characters and I loved watching them come into their own through the story. I will never look at paint the same...IYKYK. The romance was amazing and the race scenes were intense. I loved everything about it. If you are looking for an F1 story....Go and pick this one up.

***I listened to this on audio and it was spectacular! The narrators are Teddy Hamilton and Stefanie Kay. This is told in dual narration and was spectacularly performed. From the banter and angst to anger and sadness both of these voice actors nailed this book. They portrayed Oliver and Sophia to perfection. I love when you read a book and it's a great read but then you listen to the audio version and the book is catapulted to new heights. That is this one right here. Thank you for making this book a wonderful story to listen too

blink and it's over, I definitely enjoyed it

I've only read the 3rd book in this series, but I didn't feel lost from anything I missed in books 1 and 2. Even from book 3, I don't think it would be a required read to fully enjoy this one. Although I do think it would be helpful to fully appreciate, because Rossi played a decent roll in #3. I actually liked this book better, I loved how Rossi shared his story, and I appreciated how he helped Sofie without taking over and dominating the relationship. I enjoyed the narrators, I think they both did a good job, and I liked that their speed and volume seemed matched, so the chapters had good flow, the whole story went smooth actually. I couldn't believe when I got to the end, that it was over already.

Simply Just🥹

ABSOLUTELY LOVED! After book 3 I knew that it might take a seriously good story to redeem Rossi, but K. Bromberg DID THAT! She made me fall head over heels in love with him, he's giving Lachlan a run for his money for my heart!

This audio is so so good! Teddy Hamilton as Rossi was amazing (I mean when is he not?), and Stefanie Kay was fantastic as Sophia! They both brought this one to life in great ways: Rossi in all of his soft heart for Sophia glory and Sophia struggling with her family dynamics and becoming her own person outside of that.

I love love love that we got to see what makes Rossi tick and get that insight into why he is the way that he is. Also was really glad to see him acknowledge that how he treated Blair (his ex & FMC in book 3) was unacceptable & that he was an ass lol. How Rossi is with Sophia is sooo different! He falls first and hard, and he would do anything in the world for Sophia! The way he encourages her and supports her is swoonworthy! He truly does turn his act around & it's a thing of beauty!

Sophia is stuck between wanting to live her life for her and her dreams and being the caretaker/problem solver/doormat (sorry Sophia!) to her family! They treat and view her soooo differently from her brother, and that's so frustrating for her! The way she blossoms and really comes into her own with Rossi is great growth, and I love that they bring out the best in each other!

TLDR: Obsessed. That's all.

A Beautiful & Swoon Worthy Romance! Amazing Story & Listen🎧

I am loving K. Bromberg’s “Full Throttle” series and the world she created with Formula 1 racing and its smoking hot racers. Each book features a different F1 driver and their love interest and this fourth book brings us a pairing you never saw coming, that of bad boy Oliver Rossi and Sofia Navarro, Cruz’s sister. Despite being on the same team, Cruz and Oliver are rivals, not only seeing each other as competition, but they barely tolerate each other’s presence. I was not a fan of Oliver’s behavior in the earlier books, and his treatment of his then girlfriend, Blair, so it was a pleasant surprise to see another side of of him and how much he has grown into his own. He redeems himself a hundredfold in this book and then some, and hearing his backstory explains a lot. I wound up rooting for him and for Sofia, not only to make it as a couple, but for both to succeed in their ventures. Sofia has lived her life in her brother’s shadow, and as a Navarro there are certain expectations of her, but she has her own plans and dreams, though she hasn’t had the courage to tell her family, afraid they would not support her on it. Then there is Oliver, and her attraction to him and him to her, and they get their chance meeting, have a steamy encounter, hoping to get each other out of their system because they know nothing could ever happen between them. The chemistry between them was explosive and there was no way one time would be enough, no matter how hard they tried. I loved this story so much and could not put it down. It is a beautifully written, swoon worthy romance that captivates your attention and tugs at your heartstrings, too. K. Bromberg, thank you for another amazing story and emotional rollercoaster ride.

🎧📚🎧 Teddy Hamilton and Stefanie Kay were exceptional at bringing these characters to life and did so with a complete understanding of who they were portraying, giving each a voice that was fitting. I loved how they took each role and made it their own, sounding believable and just as I imagined the characters to sound. Hamilton absolutely nailed it as Rossi, grasping every aspect of his personality and his demeanor, from his vulnerabilities to his hot-headedness to his caring side. Kay did the same as Sofia, showcasing her personality and demeanor perfectly, including her insecurities, and in the end, her strength and determination. Both were just as amazing performing the roles of the secondary characters, too. They set the perfect tone for the story, captured all the characters’ emotions and had you feeling them all. These two are a pleasure to listen to and their performance elevates this already amazing story to another level. Thank you for another fabulous and superbly entertaining listen.

K. Bromberg Makes Formula 1 sexy!

Plot: 4.5/5
Spice: 3/5
Narration: 4.5/5

Per usual, K. Bromberg has found a way to make something else incredibly sexy. I now feel the need to familiarize myself with Formula 1 racing after plowing through these books.

Narration: Duel style. Teddy and Stephanie were KILLER! Teddy has always been a favorite of mine, which will liley never change. I see no wrong in anything he does. Stephanie was the perfect Sofia!

At the end of Over the Limit (book 3) you find out the next story in the line is Rossi's. I would be lying it I said I wasn't nervous, and also incredibly curious how K was going to give us a good redemption story. She freaking killed it! I found myself getting more frustrated with Sofia than I did Rossi! Who would have thought... not I!

Rossi: Sexy beast. He was filthy-mouthed in the sheets. I felt bad for Blaire because he was obviously holding back on her for 10 years. His redemption story was something I didn't even know I needed. I went in just hoping for the plot to be decent and I am happy to report that it was better than I intended.

Sofia: Due to her family dynamic, she was childish, in a way, when the book started. She wasn't really living for herself, and was constantly putting her own feelings aside. I found myself really aggravated with her because, in all fairness, Rossi hadn't been a "playboy" for that long. He got out of a serious relationship, went a little crazy, but it wasn't who he was as a person. I'm glad Sofia finally decided to see past the exterior he put up to defend himself, but I was disappointed in her ability to think for herself, and not have her brother define other people for her.

If you're looking for a sports romance that isn't hockey, football, or baseball, look no further! K. Bromberg never fails to deliver!

Another wonderful book

Rossi and Sophia are off limits for each other but that doesn't stop their attraction to each other. It has to be in secret since he's the bad boy driver on the Formula 1 team and she's the daughter of the owner and sister of the star racer. Will they be able to give each other what they need? Will they be able to ever come out together in public? I thought Teddy Hamilton and Stefanie Kay brought Rossi and Sophia to life. I really like this series.

Favorite of the series

I went into this book knowing Rossi had to redeem himself and boy did he because he had become my favorite of the series. The fire burned bright between Rossi and Sofia and I loved the way he showed endless support to her. These two brought the better out in each other and I loved seeing them find their happy ending.

Stefanie Kay and Teddy Hamilton perform this book dual narration and are a great duo to bring Sofia and Rossi to your ears. Stefanie is fairly new to me and I adored her performance for Sofia. Teddy did a great job at bringing the grumpy troubled Rossi to life. I loved both of their performances.

Chasing Love

Bromberg has ruled the world of racecar romance like a speed queen. she created Colton Donovan and our readers hearts have been racing at breakneck speed ever since. She has perfected the adrenaline rush of sizzling passion, her characters are drawn to each other like roaring crowds, this one is the same.
Cruz Navarro has a team mate- Oliver Rossi. The ultimate bad boy villain, playboy of fast tracks. He has been behaving badly in Full Throttle series from the start. This book gives us the back story on why. His chip(boulder) on his shoulder pushes him recklessly to prove himself at every left turn.
Cruz's sister - Sophia somewhat suffers from the same of his second best syndrome. She's been under Cruz's shadows her whole life. It's fated love that these two come together to fit like jagged edges of broken jigsaw puzzle.
Bromberg brings out the big angsty guns, there's lusty ammo too, back & forth banter but they just cannot keep away from each other, hence the hurt.
Kristy does a great job of redeeming him, harnessing his untameable energy by reins of love.
Teddy Hamilton & Stephanie Kay have done a phenomenal job of narration too.
It's very engaging read and totally unputdownable

Simply Just Lovely

Oh, my heart! I love a redemption story and Rossi oh Rossi, he had a lot to redeem for. But... there was always a hint of some good there. Maybe his ex was the only one who could see it and even then he screwed up.

When Oliver Rossi goes to a music festival in the US, where he is relatively unknown as an F1 racing driver, the last person he expected to see was Sofia Navarro, his teammate and rival's little sister. They cross paths, as themselves, without family ties or past situations in they way and... they click... and catch fire.

Going back to the F1 circuit poses its problems. Sofia's brother (and the whole Navarro clan) despise Rossi and want her to stay away from him. What they don't know is that Sofia met the "real" Rossi and the real Rossi is irresistible.

This book "Simply-Just" had me from the start. Like I said, there is nothing like a reformed bad boy and when you realize why Rossi is the way he is, you fall hard for him, just like Sofia. Sofia broke my heart with how selfless she was and how deeply she loved her family, despite always being put in the back burner in their eyes. I was cheering for her to make her way to the future she desired, hoping that she didn't have to break her ties with the Navarros to have it.

The narration in this audiobook is perfection. Stefanie Kay gives you a gentle, kind, vulnerable and yet determined Sofia. Teddy Hamilton brings all the swagger to the charming Italian, also giving him a touch of warmth and vulnerability that makes Ollie likable and, in the end, irresistible. So many stars!

For fans of formula 1 reckless drivers, calling your girl Belissima, Art, family traditions (and family drama), being your true self, monumental acts of service and a couple who will have you out of control.

Perfect Narration

Boy obsessed
F1 driver
Team Mates Sister
Artisy FMC
Forbidden
Peach Rings are Yummy

Who doesn’t love when a villain finally redeems himself and works hard to get that HEA. Oliver Rossi is the cocky Formula 1 race car driver with a bad attitude and only worried about himself, that is till someone comes into his life and opens his eyes up to new beginnings. Sofia Navarro has grown up around the race track, her brother, Cruz Navarro, a formula 1 racer on the same race team as Oliver Rossi and the two of them couldn’t be further from friends. Sofia has dreams and aspirations to begin her career in the art world but her brother’s passion always seem to take precedence over hers, that is till she sneaks away to a festival and connects with Oliver. Oliver is the bad boy, Sofia knows this, her family has warned her to stay away from him but still something has drawn these two together and following their journey had me falling hard for them both. Out Of Control is my new favorite of the series, with Teddy Hamilton and Stefanie Kay narrating in dual, this story had me hooked the entire time. Teddy Hamilton brought so much emotion out as Oliver, from the cockiness we are familiar with, the “I don’t care” facade Oliver plays into, as well as the vulnerable moments he had with Sofia and his family, Teddy was able to show us so many different sides to Oliver Rossi that we knew deep down he had and you couldn’t help but root for him. Sometimes all it takes is that one thing (or person) to make you realize there is more to life than being at the top, and Sofia showed Oliver that. Teddy’s dominant side and dirty mouth when Oliver brought his A game wasn’t bad either. Stefanie Kay narrating Sofia was sweet and gentle, she gave Sofia this tone where you could understand she was hesitant but she was also very trusting of Oliver, she knew his bad boy attitude and handled it so well without arguments or aggression and that was what Oliver needed in his corner. Her man voice as Oliver was perfection too! Both Oliver and Sofia pushed each other to be the best versions of themselves as well as go after their dreams. The bond and the communication these two had flourished and I loved every minute of it.
