About this listen

Seth Kincaid remembers almost everything...except getting married. Seth Kincaid survived a fire in a cave, but he hasn’t been the same since. Then he fought in the Civil War and returned to Colorado crazier than ever. Somewhere along the line, it appears Seth got married. Oh, he has a lot of excuses, but his wife isn’t too happy to find out Seth doesn’t remember her. Callie isn’t a long-suffering woman. When Seth disappeared, she searched, prayed, and worried. Now she’s come out west to wrangle her long-lost husband.

Seth is willing to make amends. Callie is more interested in shooting him. Can they rekindle their love before one of them goes over the edge?

I like the story but not the narrator

What made the experience of listening to Over the Edge the most enjoyable?

I like books in a series where you find out how the people I. The previous books are doing while hearing a new story as well.

I really didn't like any of the characters in this book. I'm not sure why. None of them
Really got to me.

Who would you have cast as narrator instead of Hillary Huber?

I did not like the narrator at all. Her voice took away from the story

Reader couldn't remember Heroine's name

Carrie or Kelly? There were a few other annoying glitches but the strength of the story trumped all.

Best in Series

This is my favorite book in the series. I love Seth, he’s my favorite Kincaid brother, and Callie reminds me of myself. I recommend it to everyone!

Good plot, but not her best.

This plot line captivated me and I loved Seth. Cally upset me at points though. She has a lack of understanding about Seth's condition. I thought it was amusing the first time she threatened to kill him, but after she discovered his condition she should have been more understanding. The plot was absolutely amazing, and she (the author) did a good job making this book clean even though they where married and struggling to make it to intimacy. Besides Cally's attitude, my only turn off was the author's voice. She sounds so insinuating even when she isn't talking about romance, so when she is, it makes a clean romance sound more dirty.

Narrator not so good

This narrator did not do a Very good job differentiating voices. The men sounded the same as the women. it was hard to tell which character was talking
