Listened to it twice in less than a week!

Something is calling me to become a speaker. I have been involved with Toastmasters for a little while and really want to share my stories and thoughts on stage. I feel I have a lot to share from the almost 53 years I have been alive and I think I can inspire others. I feel at home when I'm speaking but I don't know how to take it to the next level.
I have been reading other books on the topic, but this one provides an excellent blueprint for getting started. I'm really looking forward to connecting with him personally and hopefully having him help me decide on my next steps.
This book is helpful and provides a lot of great resources, but even with this information, I can see there is a lot to learn. I am sure it would take volumes to truly learn everything I need, but it's an excellent beginning.

Ever wanted to speak on stage and didn’t know how?

This is your book. I listened through then went back through to do the exercises. I thought I’d have to buy a paperback copy to get the excersise sheets but there is a link in the book to all of them. Excellent book highly recommend.

Getting Started

Speaking has always been a passion. What held me back was always “where does one start”? THANK YOU Mr Snyder! This os not a how to be a speaker. It’s book about the business of speaking. Once one hears all the suggestions they will instinctively know that the pitfalls described would assuredly happen as a novice going on their own! Thaank you again My Snyder!

Kevin: Where have you been all my life?

Looking to get started as a speaker but not sure where to start? Or maybe you’ve already spoken some (as I had) but need the resources paid out in a succinct and easy to follow manner so you can get PAID?

Since I got into coaching nearly 10 years ago, I’ve spent nearly $40,000 on coaching and mentoring and courses, and have read hundreds of books about personal development and business, and how to start your personal development business.

This was the one though. It brought everything together and made it easy. I left the confusion behind as I filled out all of the worksheets, and has given me the confidence to go to the next level.

I’m very grateful for this resource!

Good performance, has some good info, but...

...may not be for you unless you are willing to wade through hearing constantly, again and again for a very long time, about every single award or honor the author has been recognized for since high school.
