Practical and Logical

Thankfully this was just what I was looking for. The author shared how to prepare ahead of a speech practically and emotionally. He shared personal stories and explained how to turn fear into energy. I’m more excited to start my journey as a speaker after being terribly embarrassed many years ago. He shared many strategies including speaking to one!

Book is better than audio

The author is a good speaker, and narrator. I didn't find the audio version as engaging as the kindle. Overall it's good.
