EASY TO FOLLOW

They are a myriad of exercises in the book that I found to be very helpful in terms of memory improvement. I’ve been “working out” my memory and now I can memorize every words audio. Good flow as well. Recommended

The pretty beneficial principles

The pretty beneficial principles, surely a useful guide for getting basic Memories that are practical and fun.Great common sense audiobook that really does seem to help with memory issues. Suggested to me by the Lead Analyst in a well-known hospital. He said it was truly the only book out there that was really helpful.

Good basic

The book begins off excellent and has many tips and tricks to work your memory. But, I was a little sad as the book trailed on, enough much-finding changes of the initial principles just applied in various ways. I'm happy I got this audiobook, and I'll likely it again in the future. Although I reasonably could have kept the money and examined online instead.

In this book, the author gives the information

In this book, the author gives the information about Memory Palace, Mind Maps, practical uses for memory enhancement techniques. The stuff described felt very vivid and I could definitely visualize a lot. With an improved memory, I can definitely achieve a lot of things. So still, I'm trying to develop my photographic memory by practicing the exercises described in this guide. Thanks.

LOVE it

This book has contacted my heart on such a huge number of levels. Great memory improvement book, there is a ton of tips in here. Extremely helpful and compelling. It doesn't attempt to be excessively yearning yet acquaints the peruser with the universe of memory and the key is to continue practicing the brain. I preferred this book and would prescribe it to any individual who needs such kind of data.
