Nothing to lose
Nothing to lose and so much to gain! It's fascinating, practical, entertaining, and goes down smooth. I listen it in one flight from LA to CHI including doing all the exercises and continue to use the technique after the fact. I even went as far as to contact Kyle personally and do a Skype session with him. He's great, the book is great, you should absolutely give it a try.

Improve you memory
This is an excellent book. It brings together the nuts and bolts of improving ones memory. I particularly enjoyed the format used to get your point across. Also your examples helped to make the methods clear. In addition, you provided many real life ways that memory improvement can add to our lives. The real life stories you told were great supporters of what we can achieve by improving our memory. And, following the practice exercises in your book provided us with a way to see real results. My memory is getting better and better with each challenge. Finally, by listening your memory book I've gained a life time tool. Many thanks. I'm well on my way.
