Thank you Eric and Ruben!
When I learned that Eric Edmeades was releasing a book, I knew it belonged in my collection. As a health coach and fellow Wildfitter, it’s no secret I'm a big fan of Eric's work. While I'm not diabetic myself, I strive to support clients with diabetes in the best way possible.
The book, co-written by Eric with Dr. Ruben Ruiz, is highly readable and filled with parables that effectively convey its messages. Eric's narration in the audible version retains his signature style from his speeches, with only a slight adjustment in tempo for the format. In my opinion, it's an excellent listen.
Although the book is designed to be consumed in parts as a program, I read it all at once during an overseas flight. If you are reading it for other purposes and don’t aim to complete the program, it still goes down well.
Naturally inspired by Eric's Wildfit program, which spans 13 weeks and is supported by coaches and communities, this book offers an affordable entry point into the Wildfit world. I commend Eric for making his hard-earned knowledge more accessible through this publication.
For those managing diabetes and aiming to reverse it, the solutions presented in this book are effective. If you are concerned about completing the program on your own, rest assured that there are plenty of coaches and communities available to support you.

Really Transformational!
This book is real opportunity to change your life and get healthy. It is a great supplement for graduates of the Wildfit program like me. If you buy the book and like it, I strongly recommend you do the Wildfit 90 day challage.
