Listen Intently, But Read the Book Too
I bought this book first as through Audible, then bought the hardcopy. It's fantastic, but the level of detail and multitude of instructional lists cannot properly be memorized and applied through listening alone. What makes it a great listen is that beyond the depth of detail and instruction, there's an entrepreneurial story, and the narrator tells it well. I've probably downloaded six books narrated by Sean Pratt and this guy could read the phone book and make it sound interesting.
Stephen Woessner has meticulously, and very generously laid out the steps to planning and launching a podcast. Thousands of hours of work by him and his team are captured in these pages and/or on his website.

A perfect administrative guide
I’ve been freelance podcast producer for a number of years, however I stepped into a studio manager role and decided to listen to this to ensure I had all my bases covered.
Stephen lists all the administrative details that many might brush over when trying to go for podcast gold. Many people think all you need to do is record your voice and put it on the internet, but there’s so much more, and it’s all listed here.
Little details like keeping your social media logins together, and bigger issues such as steps to inviting guests and making them feel prepared.
Listening to the book, I realized I was missing some important visual assets, however I emailed Stephen and he posted links on his website where I was able to download the templates and build assets of my own. Within a few days I have streamlined my productivity and within a few weeks I will have a solid foundation that will not have to be altered.

Actual Steps and Companion Guides you can Use!

Very Helpful!
This book was very helpful for me, as someone who's in the process of starting my business and also simultaneously launching a podcast. Stephen makes some great points, lays everything out simply, and motivates you along the way. His podcasts are almost strictly interview-based, which is a great way to build a network and audience, but is a style that doesn't necessarily apply to every podcast. Regardless, this book will still help you know how to use a podcast to drive sales or advance your business, and I'd highly recommend it.
