In roughly an hour you will overview any item related to project management. So the title says, so the book delivers,
It is a sort of bullet list: a concept is declared, explained and a related exaple is given. Then we move to the next item.
Exactly as declared in the title and in the description.
The weak point is the recording: the voice sounds like it was recorded in a metallic surround and the volume changes abruptely from chapter to chapter.
I think the book can be more useful in written form.

Perhaps the author should try to not yell into the microphone while repeating basic information from other business writers. Or at least not recording in a tin can. 😆
