One of the best books in leadership
This book made me rethink of my leadership style, correcting my way of managing people, many new way of leading and excellent reference , I’m planning to listen to it again , by the way I have bought 3 physical books to gift them to my colleague and my boss

Practical and inspiring
This is my very first audio book. It's very well organized and practical. The messages are very clear and easy to follow. I definitely recommend this for anyone who is looking to improve or build leadership skill. I will keep listening continuously.

Great Review and Reminder
If you’ve read traction and haven’t really moved forward with it this is a great first step and reminder what to do as a leader/manager/boss. Most of us know what to do but sometimes we just need a little kick in the right direction.
Wasn’t particularly fond of the narrating voice but it wasn’t horrible. I have limited time to read so I use the time in the car and audible is a perfect solution.

Gino Wickman is a true business GURU
I’ve applied the principles in his traction to literally 10x my business and 1 year, and now I can see the potential in my leadership ability if I apply the books in the principles in this one. Always fantastic, straight to the point, and effective. Could not ask for more, true fan of Gino’s work. Very grateful for his work.

Great Wisdom
This book, is along the same lines with a lot of Gino's books. They are very pragmatic and simple. I appreciate that they have not expanded this book beyond what it really needed to be. There are some very powerful, practical and simple things that can be implemented with this one.
Highly highly recommended for anyone in management and leadership.
