It is a very well written and presented general overview of the origin and use of Psychedelics . the content is fair and unbiased in it's approach I highly ( no pun intended) recommend this for anyone desiring a basic understanding of this subject.

Concise fairly represented overview of Psychedelic

While informative, I felt as though there was a lot of anecdotal fear based evidence that, if there's no substantial evidence, could've been ommited. Even the positive words spiked about psychedelic use had a negative undertone that, for the inexperienced person, would still leave them feeling uncertain about using these medicines. A lighter approach could've have been used to drive home the same message.

A little too much propaganda

A very quick overview on this topic, but thoroughly enjoyable, enlightening, and mostly encouraging for those who are perspectively wanting to venture into this realm of use.

Enlightening!

The narrator’s voice drones on and on about things that I already knew, things that anybody basically figures out when they first delve into the research of psychedelics...I learned nothing and now regret having listened to this short little book.
It’s not worth it.
Also, pronounce psilocybin, peyote, and ayahuasca correctly.

Nothing new.
