Probably the best and most up-to-date public speaking book on the market
There is a lot to like about this book but I will highlight a few. First of all is the author’s genuine tone and desire to help you become a better speaker.
Second, is the wide applicability of this book. Whether you are wanting to deliver the best eulogy or preparing a presentation for a worldwide audience, this book will give you all the tools you need.
Furthermore, it includes a chapter about using AI tools to improve your speech and speaking abilities which is crucial in today’s age.
Finally, the emphasise of this book is your own flair, authenticity, and story, ensuring your message will be unique instead of just formulaic. I definitely recommend this book!

Excellent content with a fabulous narrator
This is a comprehensive guide to conquering public speaking anxiety and is brilliantly narrated. Complex techniques feel accessible and achievable. The audiobook expertly weaves together practical TED Talk strategies with confidence-building exercises, and the delivery is all in a warm, encouraging tone that helps listeners feel supported throughout their journey.
The sections on body language and vocal techniques are particularly effective in audio format, as listeners can hear exactly how to modulate their voice for maximum impact. While some visual aid concepts may be harder to grasp in audio format, the narrator compensates by providing detailed verbal descriptions and real-world examples and there is the PDF download to back it all up as well. This audiobook serves as both an excellent introduction for nervous beginners and a valuable resource for experienced speakers looking to refine their skills, making it a worthwhile investment for anyone seeking to improve their public speaking abilities.

Speaking in public
Public speaking is something I never get a chance to express my opinion on. The only place where I could speak and share testimonies was at church, nowhere else. This audiobook encourages us to try it, and the public wants your opinion. Now, there is an opportunity for people to give a chance when a newscaster approaches us to share our opinion of the country. That’s a time that we never prepare, but you never know what to expect. We have the right to reject if we are not comfortable or ready. I don’t fear speaking, but I fear being forced to share opinions when we are not authorized to speak on behalf of a company. I enjoyed learning the purpose of speaking in front of people.
