Should be required reading for organization leadership.

This should be a textbook for organization leaders across business types. This book not only diagrams the issues of systemic racism in the workplace, it presents concrete solutions. It’s unfortunate these ideas are considered radical, instead of imperative.

Required reading for all social changes leaders, internal change agents, consultants, funders, and board members. This contextualized guide on the state of racial justice in the workplace and practical solutions for how to begin to improve and advance fills in so many gaps on what, why, and how to create real workplace transformation.
