About this listen

ReLeading is for the courageous.—Craig Groeschel

We've all seen organizations falter and ministries collapse. As the rubble piles high, most people run away, while only a select few run toward the wreckage. These brave souls are ReLeaders—gifted rebuilders called to restore what is broken. In ReLeader, Jon Chasteen equips releaders with a biblical framework and practical insights to successfully ReLead teams, departments, and organizations back to health. Drawing from his experiences revitalizing a church, a university, and more, Jon provides wisdom and encouragement for the unique challenges ReLeaders face. This book will teach ReLeaders:

  • How to rebuild a foundation of trust
  • Ways to persevere through conflicts and challenges
  • Why investing in culture and accountability safeguards the future
  • How to finish strong and reinforce the transformation

For pastors inheriting troubled churches, executives stepping into turnarounds, or anyone spearheading change, ReLeader is an indispensable guidebook.

With God's help, you can rebuild it, even if you didn't break it.

Factastic Perspective

As a devoted student of leadership, I've spent over a decade enriching my commutes to work by listening to audiobooks. My collection mainly features works on leadership, personal development, and Christian spirituality. "ReLeader" has been an exceptional find. So much so, that I've listened to it consecutively twice. I wholeheartedly endorse this book to anyone eager to enhance their leadership abilities and performance. "ReLeader" is more than just a book; it's a transformative journey that will test, inspire, and equip you to evolve as both a leader and an individual.

Thought provoking take on picking up a broken organization

I enjoyed the authors, take and vision on looking at leadership from those of us who have decided to take over a broken or fractured organization. Provide some excellent takeaways and comparison to biblical examples on how to mend a broken organization and recover to full strength.
