I used to struggle with managing my finances and finding things that were worthwhile to invest in but after I got this book I quickly learned some quick tips to help get me in check. Who knew the Real Estate business would be so fascinating. Loved the book and loved the writing. 10/10

- That it's easy and simple to understand
- There's no fluff
- It gives you tons of real estate investing strategies (many of them I'd never actually considered)
- It's really up to date
- There's a lot of practical information (unlike most audiobooks!)
