Rental Property investing is one of my finance aims in the future. And this book, I have received the first moves on how to do that. Real estate is an encouraging business and various others, its price is enjoying every year.The issues are also important and were treated well. Like for example, there is a debate on whether this kind of investing is actually for everyone. It gives me to experience some of the info’s that I should think and consider. It also tells me what are the right thing in investing for me to defend my investment and cost. This audio leads to success.

Would you listen to Rental Property again? Why?

Absolutely. This is one of those audiobooks I will keep replaying in car because because it covers so many great topics.

What about Rick McVey’s performance did you like?

I love the pace and ease of tone Rick McVey had. His voice and speech enunciation attracts me.

Was this a book you wanted to listen to all in one sitting?

Yes, I would have questions after each chapter and the author would pretty much answer in the next or upcoming chapters. Really good book on rental properties and monetizing it.

Any additional comments?

I would recommend this audiobook for someone who doesn't want to read to about real estate but rather listen to all the great opportunities and strategies about rental properties.

To be honest, I don't have a proper background in rental properties that is why I got this book. I love hoe detailed and easy to understand this book is. It is good and I think this can help me with my future business ventures.

I don't want to make comparison though I read lots of books about rental property simply because each book contribute the knowledge and ideas I need to understand it more before I get started with it. These books somehow bridge those compiled information from one book and this book to make those information complete.

Have you listened to any of Rick McVey’s other performances before? How does this one compare?

This is the first time I listened to him and I could not do any comparison. Though he did a good job with this audio.

Was there a moment in the book that particularly moved you?

Yes, there is. I learned from my previous mistake when I entered rental investing.

None. Everything was good as I expected.

The narrator sounds as if he is sitting in a room with horrible acoustics. Sounds like it was recorded in a hallway.
