Concise and valuable content
It provides many quick and interesting ideas on adding value to investment properties and many of the basic principals to running an investment property. I’ll definitely be referencing this for many years. Before reading the many 10-20 hour books, start with this!

Loved it!
This book is full of golden nuggets. Things that you can take away and immediately implement to improve every aspect of your commercial real estate investments. A serious wealth of knowledge, presented clearly and straight to the point.
We This book reminds you that no matter what stage you are at you could always do better and in the case of commercial real estate those improvements whether large or incremental will go straight to your bottom line and increase the property’s value and your cash flow.

I think this is a very detailed and informative book and instructional guide. As an experienced investor I can appreciate the clarity of information. I will now go get his other book. If it is just a good, I will then probably take his course.
