I gave up
They keep reading websites and links and talking about charts and I don't see how to get these. I was so hopeful for this.
I wish they had links after purchase to see the materials.
I would return it but I don't see how.

Virtual voice was a mistake
I am using this written book in a study group. I thought the audio version would allow me review a chapter or two while I was driving. The digital voice was like fingernails on a chalkboard. Not the quality of the voice, but the fact that the program was not even taught basic genealogical terms and pronunciations. Good lesson - a digital voice should not be used for anything technical. I would have rated the performance a 0 if I could have.
