Publisher's summary

Santiago finally has what he wants. His baby is growing inside me.

I’ve rewritten her destiny, binding her to me for good.

Things are changing for us. I see beyond the monster he shows the world. See the scars he hides beneath the ink.

ILove is a weakness men like me can’t afford. I’ve decided to keep her, but I’ll never forfeit my revenge.

His final betrayal proves his vengeance means more to him than our love.

I will have my pound of flesh, no matter the cost.

I made a mistake trusting him. I forgot how much he likes my tears.

When I am through, I’ll have what I thought I always needed.

I’ll run from him. I’ll have to.

I’ll bring her back when she runs. I’ll always bring her back. She belongs with me.

But it’s too late when I realize he’s not the only monster in my world. And that mistake will cost us both dearly.

3 Awesome Books!

I absolutely loved this series. Book 3 was probably my favorite. So much drama angst and an emotional roller coaster ride. The duo of A Zavarelli & Natasha Night the awesome duo did a phenomenal job writing these characters. They did a great job fully developing the characters so that readers could completely immerse themselves in the story. Bravo 🙌

Resurrection of the Heart

This is the last of the trilogy and I must admit I’m thankful! I really wanted to love it and not regret it…The female lead Ivy was just a very stupid women which in turn made me dislike the narration by Kai Kennicott that much more. So was it worth the 3 credits I spent Hell to the NO!

Wonderful ending to this trilogy.

This dark story has a surprising final ending. I didnt know how they might redeem the H. But they did it very well!

Loved this Series!

This series was well written and definitely kept me wanting to listen nonstop through all 3 books. The character development was really laid out well as well as the whole story to keep you engaged. I thoroughly enjoyed it. I've read and listen to many of Natasha's books before and am a big fan. I believe I've read and listened to A. Zavarelli's books as well or maybe they were other collaborations with Natasha? I'm not positive without doing some searching. Either way, they seem to be a great team if this series is proof!!!
These 2 narrators are paired together often in the books I listen to and they are 2 of my faves. As usual, they didn't disappoint!

Loved this story

I really enjoyed this book and the narrators. I am hoping there are follow up stories with the other characters in this series!

Annoyed

This series is nuts. Going from brutal abuse to baptisms is a far stretch. Santiago is selfish and offers little apology towards Ivy or her father the entire time. She is innocent through this whole series, ( a bit dumb most of the time) but innocent. He does horrible things to her in the span of one year and then it’s all okay because she has his baby?
Also, where are the accents? You can’t live in a place like that with no accent. This story was all over the place. Disappointed.

🌻I’m really sick of the Trilogy pattern🌻

🌻🌻🌻🌻🌻V from Kansas🌻🌻🌻🌻🌻

I REALLY HOPE AUTHORS READ REVIEWS!

Every dark, romantic trilogy follows the same dang pattern, and it’s gotten old. Book one, the hero treats the heroine cruelly to start, then things start to get better. Book one ends an epic cliffhanger which leads to book two, in which things get even worse, for the heroine. Book two ends with some type of traumatic event and cliffhanger number 2. Book three starts and the Hero realizes the errors of his ways but, now the heroine can’t forget her poor treatment and struggles to get passed her hurt and despair. Finally, some shared tragedy brings the Hero and Heroine to common ground and they work towards their HEA. Seriously? Two creative minds working together can’t come up with something that’s a bit original? I’ve gotten, to the point, that I want to just skip book two, all together.

In addition, this storyline mimicked other trilogies, I’ve listed to, so much that I stopped multiple times to try to figure out if this was a rewrite, or something. Nope, just the same old thing; even the part that the hero had a skull tattooed on half his face.

Honestly, I only enjoyed the resolution of the main conflict( the last two hours of book three). I’d return the entire trilogy except I know that I’d have to call audible, because they don’t like it when you return multiple books in a short period of time.

I’m so bummed by how trite this series was, For the first time in over a decade, I don’t feel like picking another book😡😭😭

Better than the first two

These were a bit too dark for me although in the third book, the subjects became more human. I can say that these two narrators are so good together. They really do a fantastic job.

Story Line OK

The trilogy could have been done in two or one books. Why doesn't Santiago believe his wife and Ivy is very frustrating.
I am surprised Ivy is not more upset with Santiago after everything he has done to her. He is very cruel to her and I think Ivy has capture syndrome or PTSD. The storyline was good, but the authors could have done so much more with the characters.
