Peter Ganim
When Marcinko’s “friend”, the head of the CIA, asks him to spend a little quality time in Cuba, the Rogue Warrior finds there’s no way to say no. Once there, Marcinko and company discover that Fidel Castro is on his deathbed. Which wouldn’t be so bad, except that he’s planned a catastrophic surprise for the U.S. as his going-away present. The Rogue Warrior must find out the nature of that little surprise and thwart it before Castro kicks the bucket.

Is there anything you would change about this book?
First, I love this series but this is the weakest one I have read. There should be a lot more meat to the story. Instead you get a bunch of last second SNAFU moments. While common in the series it is overdone a bit. The premise is far fetched and fairly unrealistic which takes somethi ng away from the book.Would you ever listen to anything by Richard Marcinko and Jim DeFelice again?
I would give it a try. No one hits a home run every time and I have enjoyed most of the series. What aspect of Peter Ganim’s performance would you have changed?
The narrator needs greater range in his voices. He also needs to do a better job of adding emotion to the characters, especially Dicks sarcasm which doesn't come across in this book.Do you think Rogue Warrior: Seize the Day needs a follow-up book? Why or why not?
No, all the books in this series are one-offs. This story in particular was one of the weakest in the series.Any additional comments?
If you are a hard core Rogue Warrior fan go ahead. Otherwise, I would save the credit and get some of the older books. I tried my best but gave up at about 80% of this book.Rouge Warrior: Operation Yawn.
