WOW! I love this series.

I have been reading the First Colony series from Genesis on. I just finished book seven. In all the books I am eagerly awaiting the next paragraph. Mr. Ken Lozito is an incredible author and I am so very glad that he bailed on the IT security gig. His art is writing. God has blessed this man with a wife and children but also with the ability to take the reader away in an awesome journey. I believe that Mr. Lozito will be writing for many many years and I look forward to the next book.

More of the same...and loving it!

The characters are so much fun. The suspence so excruciating. The Colonel is entering a new phase in his life, and it's not easy.

Good Listen

Took i bit to get to the good part. Great experience once the storyline did. Narrator does a good job with different voice personalities. Overall I enjoy the series.

Great but could have been just a little better.

a little to foreshadowed but a great read none the less with some of the best character development in the series.

Enjoyed. Not clear what all the negative reviews were for.

This is not a space based story, but still has a very good military storyline. Dash, Lenore are fine. Entertainng, not annoying. The most irritating and difficult to swallow character was Ian. A whing, nasal voice of a big baby.

HUD!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Okay so I got to get this off my chest. This being a sci-fi as well as military, I get that not a lot of people would understand some things about military acronyms. The one thing that has been driving me crazy is the “heads up display” otherwise known as a HUD. At the start, gave a full read out and then, for a few short moments, he switched over to HUD. Just when I got my hopes up, he reversed back to heads up display. Other that that, it’s a good listen. Will continue the story praying for this fix. I don’t know why but it did annoy me quite a bit.

Real good story with some excitement

The story was steady and really did a great job at continuing where it left off while introducing a new story.

not as good as the prior 3.

Seemed more like the first half of a complete book 4 in the series. Narration was awesome as usual! Still love the series, and will snatch the next one up as soon as it comes out.

Connor To the Rescue Again

Sanctuary by Ken Lozito
My rating: 4 of 5 stars

Connor and crew think that they have everything under control but then something happens. This introduces a whole new cast of characters and possibilities. The Colonial Defense Force is in trouble, a intern is out of control and there are wild beast that have to be stopped. Lots of action, interesting dialog, additional backstory, and gaps about the world of New Earth are being filled. This starts a new trilogy with a different focus. Great to get to see Connor and friends again.
