The author does a great job with character building. The narrator for Beck's books is the same person and I've come to love hearing his voice. I've enjoyed all of Greig Beck's books, fantasy, horror and mystery.

This was yet another fantastic, immersive, and enjoyable adventure written by one of my favorite authors. I highly recommend checking out all of the books in this series. and once you finish this one jump into any of his other series. I promise you you'll love it and get lost in a world that will take you away on an amazing adventure.

What I liked most was how everything was tied up nice, scientific and reasonably. None of the older cliche stuff like like some books like this.
