About this listen

Emersyn Sharpe doesn’t belong in our world.

In fact, the very last place she should be is with us. But someone is hurting her. We’ve all seen it. We tried to ignore the warning signs. We tried to trust the people around her. We tried to believe in her world.

Too late.

When she nearly died in front of us, we had to act. We took her. She doesn’t belong in our world, but I’ll be damned if someone lays a finger on her under my watch. I’ll kill them first.

Now that she’s here…I don’t know if I can let her leave. I’m Jasper Horan, anyone who tries to take her will have to go through me and my boys. You’ve been warned.

Savage Vandal is a full-length mature college/new-adult romance with enemies-to-lovers/love-hate themes. This is a reverse-harem novel, meaning the main character has more than one love interest. This is book one in the series.

although I was weary at the beginning, the more I understood what was actually going on, the more I loved the book. You can't help but start to like guys too. Even Jasper!
To the Narrators: Awesome job! Looking forward to Book 2!

I’ve read and re-read this series and now plan to do the same to the audiobooks. The voices give this already amazing book so much life. I loved every minute of it!!!

Love this series!

Love this book and how it sets up the series! I really like Emerson and all the guys! I love the differing personalities of all the guys and how they counter and balance each other! Love the narrators and the life they bring to the characters! My only complaint is that they don’t tell us which of the male narrators read for which characters.

Great story!

I enjoy led this story even though I felt kind of lost at times. It was like being dropped into the midst of a series but not. There is a lot of character build up and setting up a big reveal. The obsession these men have for Emerson is wild. It’s like they have been pining for her for years, setting up this elaborate “kidnapping” but that’s not the case at all. It is obvious that there is definitely a lot to come in this series to fill in blanks and have things make sense. I did enjoy the story and I look forward to getting into the rest of series. The narration was great. Brooke is one of my favorite female narrators bc of her ability to really get you in the head of the FMC. Toby and Noel are newer to me. I’ve done 1 other thing by both of them. They are also great at really getting into their characters and depicting multiple characters as well. I look forward to seeing what happens after that cliffhanger.

Obsession at its finest

I loved the book, but I believe I liked the audible version even better! It does leave you on a cliffhanger though and dying for the next one.

AWESOME!

6/5⭐ Extra Star Read Fantastic, addicting new series. I had very high expectations for this book going in. Heather Long plus this genre of book is a dream come true for me. I really love Heather Long's writing especially The Untouchables series. And she did such a fantastic job with the story it has exceeded my already high expectations.

Heather Long has such a distinctive way of storytelling and creating characters. I honestly can't put my finger on it but she sucks you into a story and makes you completely lost inside of it. She writes in a way where everything is interesting. She writes such a variety of characters with their own personality and traits that are very distinctive. I cannot pick a fav MCs...okay maybe Jasper but like it was hard to just name one.

Emerson is such a strong FMC. She's has an abusive past/start of the story and has such inner strength. She fought her way through the situations the best she could had plans, and was/is so discipline in her craft. And when she is "Kidnapped" she shows strength throughout the situation as well. No very realistic way.

I love that she is strong yet has has vulnerabilities. I love that she has been abused but she has a fighting spirit. That dichotomy with this character. She shows a lot of inner and outer strength in these situations. There are a lot of ways to be strong and there are a lot of ways in which we need to lean on others. I love when a book portrays stories and characters in complex situations with complex emotions.

This is a great force proximity story I love the mystery of why the savage vandals have taken Emerson. It's such a contradiction and it's a contradiction for Emerson, they're treating her well, they like her, they're obviously very angry with her abuser, and they are protective.

But they won't let her go, she's still a captive and she has to come to terms with that. So is it like Stockholm syndrome or are these good people? Or like bad good people? What are their motivations? Emerson is definitely wondering that. It's so well-written with some things i didnt coming especially with one of the characters.

I am so drawn into this world and I can't wait to no more. There's so much to unpack still I can't wait for it, yet this was such a satisfying read. There's a bit of a Cliffy it just leaves you wanting more. Heather doesn't keep you waiting long between books either.

I really love this book and I read it from start to finish, I was so sucked in. I love this story and I love this genre from Heather Long. This is my new series addiction & anticipation read. I'm so excited for the rest of the books in this eight book planned series.

Fantastic duet multi narration & Amazing Story
