Lovely short stories.

I was given this audio book from audio boom and the author for my. Honest review.
As a lover of short stories I found these stories to be funny, emotional, and its easy to listen too. I listened to this in two.sessions.
The narration was great andrew Mcfarrin's characters were truly great. You could tell the characters apart.
This is a book I recommend for John G Hartness fans.

Nothing against John Solo

I initially bought the Book 1-3 set and was enjoying every minute of it until I started listening to the second book. I honestly could not go on. I returned the set and purchased just the first book, seemed only fair. I really hope Andrew McFerrin gets to narrate the other books eventually.

Loved it, a lot of fun, being from the south a lot of great cultural references. Immediately bought the Next one after finishing.

There is nothing uplifting or particularly unique about this book. But Damn! It sure was fun.

Well that was unexpected, in the best way possible

I started this book thinking that it would be dumb and a wast of money. I was quickly proven wrong as the phenomenal narration drew me in. The story once established was more than I could have hoped for, the pro wrestling nods didn't hurt.

Truth in advertising

When the book 1st started, I thought that monsters were somewhat two-dimensional. However, as it progresses from Story to Story and chapter to chapter, the characters become much more developed and much more interesting. The best part of the Audible book is hands-down, the narration. The voice actor provides the perfect voice to Bubba.
