Self Discipline Concentrated into a Useable Form
I purchased the Kindlle version of this book and received a complimentary audiobook version for an honest review. Hearing things that worked, or didn't, for the author made the material believable. often, readers only hear how great a certain method works, at least for the author. This book stresses to find what works best for you. An added bonus is the 10-day online course and downloadable workbook. This is a great value combination.
