Loved this book! So many times, we give in to situations-”maybe just one cocktail”, “I will have the appetizers (that are fried)”… we bend to peer pressure. This book explains the science behind self-discipline, the difference between motivation, discipline and habits.
Remember that discipline is a practice- it becomes easier for you each time you do it. Materials were great, performance was terrific, reader sounded engaging. Glad I bought this book!

Excellent information presented in a straight forward and understand manner. Didn't like the lizard/monkey brain comments because personally speaking I have the mind of God, not a monkey, but everyone is free to believe whatever they perceive as truth.

Listened to it 3 times, so much useful information

A blessing of metaphysical truths that help us access our best selves. Found the author ages ago from the film What the Bleep Do We Know. Appreciate the healthful approach to life and tactics to be better daily.
