How there’s ways to beat addiction to book not just involving discipline
It just doesn’t talk about discipline, it talks about good habits and your daily routines that can help you. What stood out is everything that comes out of your mouth when your supposed to do something is an excuse for your laziness

Listened to it 3 times, so much useful information
Excellent information presented in a straight forward and understand manner. Didn't like the lizard/monkey brain comments because personally speaking I have the mind of God, not a monkey, but everyone is free to believe whatever they perceive as truth.
