Love it
I absolutely love this recording and listen to it almost every night before falling asleep. I'm usually asleep before the end of the first mediation.
I've purchased several audiobooks from the same company and although there's nothing wrong with the others, I would place them in the "ok" category. However, this is subjective since I find meadows (found in "Self Discovery") more relaxing than seas (in the majority of other books)
They are all based on the same principle- the narrator takes you places and the sounds in background really help envisioning the place.
The best way to get the most out of these is to get them in an "enhanced" format and then you'll really get the feel of being there where the narrator takes you.

format problems
The meditation was fine, audible's formatting makes it almost useless. Since it is in .aa format it is not recordable on cd which is where I need my meditation. Additionally, there are no breaks in three seperate meditations since audible loaded it as one file. again making this whole experience disappointing.
