educational

I just created my first LLC and was feeling a bit lost on where to go from there, this book helped give me the direction and the structure that I was desperately craving. Read this book.

Solid Content

I liked it and learned from the content. The narrator sounds like a knock off Ronald Reagan and whenever he quotes someone in the book, he uses this cringeworthy “nonchalant” voice that became like nails on a chalk board for me. Why is he representing the people in the case studies like that? Unbearable. Otherwise, really solid book with good ideas.

Great stories and lessons within

I found the stories quite valuable, and the lessons depicted by the author transparent and genuine.

Good content bad narration

For those who miss hearing Captin Kirk on the original Star Trek series, this is the book for you. The narration is almost unbearable. I set my ipod to a faster play back speed.

The content is good. Especially the part about deciding how much money you need and setting that as your goal.

Different paths to success

Just a series of success stories. No clear methodology presented. Role of planning, review and revision covered only briefly. Do not recommend this book for others.

save your money; put in the stock market instead

The book is "over-described". It is not a method to make a seven figure income in seven years. Method and mechanics are not on the agenda. It does not describe any specifics on "how to do it", just a bunch of vague generalities.

The book is a "motivational"-- like a Brian Tracy, Zig Zigler, Dale Carnegie, Earl Nightengale, Napoleon Hill, etc. But, quality is laging well behind Carnegie, et al. (If you haven't read any of these guys, you would do better to read them first).

In sum: set goals; and the goal should be "get rich"; and that's how you make decisions in work life. The rest of the book is just a collection of war stories, some of which are of questionable believability, or lucky shots-- somebody in the right place at the right time. All of the typical buzz-lines are here:, work hard, do "copyrighting" (whatever that is); get into business, "buy low, sell high", do research on your business, and the same blah, blah, woof, woof, you will find in all of the "motivationals".

If you like that kind of thing, you will find this one a nice addition to your collection. I found the stories interesting (notwithstanding the low level credibiliy)

You would have a better chance of doubling or trippling your investment by putting your 20 bucks into some puts or calls (or both). Likelihood of "success" in this market, probably slightly better, and sooner.

Slow and dull

I’m new to Audible and I didn’t think about sampling the book first before I bought but the narrator is very slow and dull. It’s very hard to get into the book and continue listening. I feel like this could be a great book but I can’t continue listening to the narrator.

how to make seven figures as a copywriter

most of those books seems like it's how to make seven figures as a copywriter So if you're not a copywriter And you don't know anything about copywriting and you don't want to be a copywriter You're not going to make your seven figures It started to run on quite a bit when he was telling different stories of copywriters and how they made their money seems like a lot of it was dumb luck. right place right time.
