This book was Fabulous

The execises in this work book are simple yet meaningful. The narrator nurtures us while helping us explore some of the darker and more uncomfortable places in our soul that we might be scared to look at. I loved the beautifully crafted PDF workbook/journalling attachment that came with the audio book. It provided a safe place to delve a little deeper into some of my more uncomfortable emotions within myself. I loved the guided meditations. So peaceful and wonderful.

Understanding personal issues and working on them

For me, this was such an interesting audiobook. I didn't know what to expect, but the day-to-day recovery workbook was very easy to follow and made a lot of sense.

I think the part that was most important for me was we all have issues, trauma, or 'shadows' as the author describes them. The idea behind the book was first identifying your own shadows and then showing you the path to work past them. The accompanying PDF makes the whole process of self-healing very easy to follow. If you know you have your own 'shadows', I highly encourage you to start the healing with this book.

Powerful Healing Resource

I had the pleasure of listening to this audiobook and it's very transformational. Uncovering emotions, understanding them, and accepting them shape our lives. This book has helped me uncover some of those hidden emotions that forced me to be a negative person. Simply being aware of my inner emotions has already proven to make me more positive. I found the chapter on addressing negative self-talk to be extremely powerful. Teaching me positive self-talk is an area I want to explore further. Great listen!
