Very enjoyable series

All three books were fantastic! It was hard to put down and actually I learned a lot about what really goes on in a funeral home and two our bodies when we die. Each of the people in the story had problems at one time or the other and it was amazing how they were able to work through them. I would recommend this book to anyone because it is great.

A truly amazing series

As this series drew to an end with “She’s in a Better Place “ by Angela Elwell Hunt, I found myself at peace. Sure, we can all be happy we have reached the end of a series, but I found myself oddly ready to let go of the characters I have grown to love. Yup, I was totally invested in their lives as new characters were introduced. This felt like the joyous part of seeing our children grow and learn to fly. An author I have come to know and trust. Readers will learn more than ever about the whole process of dying and mortuary matters, all introduced gently yet firmly. Well worth reading from start to finish. Grab the hankies before starting and prepare to have your heart and mind opened.

Because all life is precious

The third book in the series and the best by far! I feel like I personally know all the Mt Dora folk and I’m sad to reach the end….the sign of a great book, in my opinion.

interesting

Listened to the entire series. they had their ups and downs but for the most part I enjoyed all three of the books and was sorry to come to the end since I had formed an attatchment to the characters. Still think about the books months later and would consider listening to them again. my only draw back was learning a few too many details about the funeral process ie embalming and such. Otherwise it was well written, interesting, believable and fun. There were challanges and sadness too but well written and balanced. (of course this is all my opinion)

Book 3 in the Series

Once again, bad news comes to Fairlawn. This one brings sadness to even me, the reader/listener.

Gerald's daughter and granddaughter come to Fairlawn. His daughter is hoping for some easy money. A funeral business conglomerate seeks to be number one and one of its sales people is looking to purchase Fairlawn. The salesman sees Gerald's daughter outside the business and automatically thinks she is the owner and tries to bargain with her.

Jen takes her exam.

Oh brother! They hear a noise coming from the prep room and spend so much time discussing what to do and answering "Is there a burglar in the house?" that if there is a burglar in the house, they would have enough time to get what they want and leave. Probably have a snack too.

Wonderful Series!!

This is the third book in the series. Make sure you listen to the first two in order, and then listen to this book.

These books are clean, and make you realize that life has its ups and downs. Keep a few tissues handy. On the flip side, you will also have some chuckles.

I highly recommend these books.

1 - Doesn't She Look Natural
2 - She Always Wore Red
3 - She's In A Better Place

Enjoyable from so many aspects!

This is the 3rd of a series by the author. It combines realistic family drama, Spirituality with some humor thrown in. I purchased the series originally on release and am so glad to have it in my Audible library. This author is one of my early inspirational reading favorites.
