About this listen

It’s always darkest before dawn....

A good Samaritan’s efforts to help a little girl go horribly wrong. A dying patient’s gift to his caretaker takes a sinister turn. And two friends discover a grisly surprise in an abandoned parking lot....

Scare Street is proud to present the best in bone-chilling supernatural horror. This volume contains three macabre morsels for your listening pleasure. Each ghastly tale is guaranteed to keep you up late, burning the midnight oil.

You feel compelled to keep listening. A voice echoes in every room, telling you to stay awake. Something sinister clutches you in an icy grip of fear and it won’t let go until the first light of dawn.

Assuming you make it through the night....

I totally enjoyed listening to these short diverse horror stories and love the author’s vivid imaginations. First I liked Parked Cars (do not investigate into cars late in parking lots you will be in for a disaster as Gwen and Midori discover), Little Girl Lost (do not assume a voice is innocent, poor Ethan) and The Gift (do not accepts gifts especially if OCD with cleanliness).

look forward to the next book in this series. They are original and very good. The storylines are well described with interesting characters. You have the best of scare street authors. Ron Ripley always leaves you on the edge of your seat.
Rowan Rook was new to me and does a great job. I love Sarah Clancy so step in and spend an evening with horror and enjoy these stories. The narration is great and will maintain your interest.

Another great collection

Oh heavens - this one gave me a few good chills! I haven't really ever felt disappointment with any of the stories, and while Ron Ripley will forever be my favorite, the other writers hold their own.

Great stories, good thrills, and perfect for chilly afternoons! You can blame the shivers on the cold!

Another Masterpiece!

Mold? In my eyes, worse than a dead body, unless of course, the dead body is still moving. Each story is creepy in its own right!

Each of the story played on one beer or another.

This is a good collection. I feel like there was a common underlying theme of ‘mind your own business and walk away when things feel wrong’ in all three of the stories, though they are all very different! Thom Bowers does a great job narrating and giving characters different voices.

Good collection
