Although Russia has long been considered part of Europe, it has always had a culture so distinct and a history so different that it is still foreign to Western Europe in many ways. Generally speaking, all that is widely known about Siberia is that it is really big and really cold, which, to be fair, are good starting points for a deeper exploration of this fascinating region.

You need to download a map is Siberia (make sure it has the railroad line) to try to follow the locations this person talks about. Very confusing. It’s more of a classroom lecture without the visuals. Only an hour long. It was a waste of a credit.

One hour lecture - not for someone who knows nothing about Siberia.
