Good for sleep, I got to sleep almost right away. I think cordless earphones are better if you're falling asleep with this. Unless you can listen on your phone or bluetooth device. I'm a fan. :)

What made the experience of listening to Sleep Well the most enjoyable?

I normally have a tossing-and-turning type of experience when it comes to sleeping during the weekdays. With this audio, sleep came naturally and pretty quickly. It was a welcomed change.

Any additional comments?

Effective and got me to sleep pretty fast. I enjoyed the background music and gentle instructions. Will be using repeatedly as a natural sleeping aid.

This is an audiobook I can listen to every night and not get bored. It has all the best sleep meditations and hypnosis. I switch which one I listen to each night now and I have loved each one so far.

Was there a moment in the book that particularly moved you?

I fall asleep quickly with this one, not much else I can ask for. Very worth the credit for me.

This is a pretty decent and quick way to get to sleep. I just press play on low volume with earplugs in. Helps keep outside noises out while I'm trying to sleep. Only issue might be the earphones falling out when you fall asleep, but if it's quiet around you it shouldn't be a problem. Great chapters, very relaxing and gets you ready to catch some Z's.

I will be returning this immediately.... the characters voices were so played, I laughed! The 1st girl, speaks in a deep, loud, over-acted whisper voice. The 2nd girl, (the best), has a very over-abundant Australian accent. (no pun intended ). And Then there's 1 man at the end, who tries his hardest to sound over the top like Gandolf The Grey. I found myself chuckling more then remotely being able to fall asleep!!!
All & All... these "speakers", speak for maybe...... 15 minutes each! THE REST IS ALL MUSIC MY FRIENDS!!!
IF YOU JUST WANT DULL MUSIC TO HELP YOU FALL ASLEEP, WELL, THEN THIS IS FOR YOU!

I use only a one speaker, and this recording often doubles on itself, completely disturbing any sleepy zone achieved. 😕
