So far so good. I like the curvey girl older guy concept. There is someone out there for everyone.

Randi Johnson always does a great job, but I wish this series was duel narration. Randi doesn't do female voices.

It appears that the Author can phantom a man that's younger than 40, that desires CURVEY Women/Girls(18+). There's no depth in the stories. It appears that all the CURVEY Women want is SEX... Th as t they are envious of women that slim. I guess I should be happy there was even a one maybe 4 hour write about CURVEY Women. The Narration was fine but his b once sounded like an old man from a western. Creepy...glad it did show that the women's were well educated. Well... thank you for the Stories and considering the CURVEY Woman. 3stars

I have to be honest. I enjoyed listening to it overall, but I didn’t love it. There was just something about the stories that kind of fell short for me. There was a sort of disconnect between the heroes and the heroines. I get insta-love. Hell, like most romance readers, I love reading it. But in this case there was often no discernible connection or chemistry between some of the characters. So although I did enjoy it, I’m not sure if I would listen to it again.

The stories themselves were fun and sexy. Straightforward and easily followed. I could NOT stand the narrator. Ugh. I have to say he was a turn off.

Great collection when looking for a quick short story. It's difficult to do much with a story that runs just over an hour, but Adele Niles has done a really good job at giving these stories and characters some substance and not making them just short stories about sex.

Stay for Me: [workplace romance]
Owen has been bought in by Addy's company to consult on a project, there is an unspoken connection between them, but neither will cross that line. When the project is over, the team goes for drinks, sparks fly and they leave the bar together. Owen leaves for a new job the next day without giving Addy any way to contact him, she decides she needs a change and leaves her job .... but Owen has made a mistake and returns, only to find her gone ...

Wrecked: [not all lawyers are bad] ** this one was my favorite **
Alex is a lawyer reluctantly returning to his small hometown as a favor for a lawyer friend. His car breaks down on the way and he loses cell coverage. As luck would have it Katy, the local auto repair shop owner passes buy to lend a hand on her own way to the courthouse.

Jodee is a black jack dealer in a Vegas Casino who dreams of opening a bakery. Abel is a wealthy businessman and when he sits at Jodee's table feels an an instant attraction to the curvy young dealer.

Lanie is working as a waitress until she can find a job working with her marketing degree. When her income falls short to pay her bills, she looks for temp work and gets a ten day temp job at a sports agency. When Dorian (the boss) sees her, he is immediately attracted. The interest is noticed by Rachel, who also works for (and lusts after) Dorian ... and Rachel will do what ever she can to ruin Lanie's days.

Mack's an up and coming country singer, (supplementing his income as an Uber driver) and Sue Ellen is a music blogger sent to cover his show - but due to a run in with her EX and several shots later, she doesn't get the interview. When Sue Ellen calls for a ride, she doesn't recognize Mack, but he recognizes her and wants her...

Randi Johnson is a very expressive narrator and I enjoyed his narration of The Slippery Curves series.
However, if you need clear differences in vocal ranges to distinguish characters the first couple of titles may not be an ideal listen for you.

I really enjoyed listening to this 5 story insta everything set. Each story was different lifestyles and such but all have an insta vibe which I seek from time to time. I though all were worth the listen and enjoyed them. Randi Johnson did a great job and I will say of all 5 his narration on the Upstaged was my favorite with his southern twang. Swoon!

I read through these individually on KU and was excited to get them as a box set on audio. These are quick, fun, sexy, sweet short stories. The stories aren't interconnected in any way, so you can listen to them in any order.

I like Niles writing style, and despite being short they are well put together and enjoyable.

Randi Johnson has a sexy gravelly voice. I’d definitely listen to him again.
