About this listen

For many years, Klingons have been the premier warriors in the galaxy. Regarded across known space with fear and awe, few beings understand the true depth and greatness of the Klingon culture. Noted Klingon language and cultural expert Marc Okrand collects the wisdom of these great warriors, taking proverbs and quotes from some of its greatest thinkers and bringing Klingon philosophy to lesser races across the galaxy.

A book every Star Trek fan should own.

Shame it's short, still, the references to episodes of the various series, and having two Klingon actors involved makes it worth it.

Klingon Proverbs

For a real Trekker this is a treat my only complaint is Ms Dawson seemed hesitate when speaking Klingon.

hmmm Not Sure

I am not sure what I was looking for when I got this book, nor am I sure whether it met my expectations. I will go with saying there was an element of interesting. I guess I was hoping for something more along the lines of "Leadership Secrets of Attila the Hun".

It Is A Good Day To Listen

If you're a Star Trek fan who's looking for something amusing/funny/mockable/entertaining to listen for a while, like on a leg of a road trip, this is great. Very honorable.

If you could sum up Star Trek in three words, what would they be?

Get the actors of star trek too do more.. audio books...

Who was your favorite character and why?

Worf by far..

Did you have an extreme reaction to this book? Did it make you laugh or cry?

It was good....more of deep space nine audio books would work for me

I've always loved learning about Klingons. They are full of honor and fire. And I want to learn everything

Worth checking out if you wanna more about Klingons.

I don’t know if I’d listen to this again, but it is nice to hear Worf himself talk about Klingons for awhile.

Very entertaining listen

This is a very good listen, wish it was longer. Both narrators were excellent and played their characters appropriately, B'Elanna even struggled with speaking the language correctly as, I believe, she wasn't fluent with it.

Nostalgic excellence i

I love this. I listened to it years ago and if you are a Star Trek fan who also loves Klingons like Worf then you will not be disappointed.
