Great book!
This book really gives different views and opinions and facts about alcohol. I love how he explains how quitting cold turkey will be almost impossible and will power doesn't work. It's been few days not drinking and I feel amazing and I am not even forcing myself to stop or I don't even try I just love my new system or just a change of thought. Amazing

First time I have ever thought I could do this!
After listening to Craig's story and book, it is the first time in 20 years of heavy drinking that I think - no - know I can do this and give up drinking for good. This program made me realize that there are NO benefits from alcohol. I just bought my vitamin supplements and downloaded the hypnosis tracks and am ready to be 2 days sober. I look forward to truly enjoying our sons wedding in 6 months without a drink in me.

Wonderful
What a powerful book. It’s done wonders for me. I’ve had to use it three times, but when I got to the point that I truly was ready, it worked. Nothing changed my outlook more than the way he explains the ego and the conscious mind. Definitely recommend for anyone who is trying to give up drinking and really feel good about it
