Required reading or listening for any financial advisory firm seeking to hire and manage staff
This book contains so much rich content on successful steps to attract, hire, and retain qualified new hires for financial planning and investment advisory teams. I wish I had had access to this book earlier on in my business growth so that I could be sure to start out on the right foot with new hires. That being said, there are so many tips and action items for improving management and employee development skills and succession planning for staff who are currently employed in this business. Caleb Brown’s book is a must read for any advisory firm seeking to hire and retain the best people for their business going forward.
