OH SO SWEET & HOT TOO - BUT....

This is classified as a 'novella' however I thought it was really no more than a longish Epilogue to book 2 and I wish it had been included at the end of it, as many other Authors choose to do, instead of being released like this. IMO there's surely no need to separate the Epilogue into a .5 2 hour novella - well other than for financial gain and quite frankly its left me a wee bit frustrated and annoyed as I gladly used my credit on book 2... but for that I'd hoped for the complete book - and where this little treat really belongs.

Lily and Calder have now moved in together and it's their first night in their new apartment where Calder starts a new game of Truth or Dare with a very particular goal in mind that was a bit obvious. But the happy and in love couple are interrupted during one of their many hot and passionate sexcapades by the last person they'd ever expected to see. Which puts a kink in Calder's plans... however he's happy their house guest is there but by morning they're gone and, once again, Calder is dealt a bitter blow. Luckily Lily's there to pick up the pieces... and to continue on with the game.

As I said earlier this, IMO, should have been included in book 2 as it was just the brief, sweet, sexy, touching and tender ending of their story.... well until book 5 in this series anyway when they'll revisit the Cunningham Estate and once again secrets will threaten everything. But until then it's a fond farewell to two characters who so deserve they're happy ending.

Worth a credit? Well no as it's only $4.86 and, if you've been riveted to Lily and Calder's hot and compelling love story, then you'll gladly pay the price to hear the sweet Epilogue to their story. Next up in the series is Calder's sister Louisa who will cause mayhem - and in the process find her true love too.

Sweet Victory

Another continuation of Calder and Lily’s story. This could have been part of book 2 instead going with another book, although short. Natalie Duke did a great job with the narration. I received this free copy audiobook at my request and have voluntarily left this review.
