About this listen

In this epic sequel to Once & Future, Ari and her Rainbow knights must pull off a Holy Grail heist thousands of years in the past - without destroying their own destinies.

Ari Helix may have won her battle against the tyrannical Mercer corporation, but the larger war has just begun. Ari and her cursed wizard Merlin must travel back in time to the unenlightened Middle Ages and steal the King Arthur's Grail - the very definition of "impossible".

It's imperative that the time travelers not skew the timeline and alter the course of history. Coming face to face with the original Arthurian legend could produce a ripple effect that changes everything.

Somehow Merlin forgot that the past can be even more dangerous than the future...

My favorite book of the year

The voice acting was some of the best I’ve ever heard! I really enjoyed this sequel in fact I think I liked it more than the first book!

Picks up where Once & Future ends.

Beautiful continuation to Once & Future. I thought I wasn't going to be able to keep up with the time travel but the Author really tried everything together with a sweet bow as the ending. I really enjoyed both books and will always recommend to anyone who asks.

Beautiful, thrilling, LOVE

It's so good! I am a huge fan of Arthurian legend and the reinterpretation of it and this one surpassed the rest. Who would have thought that space and time travel could be made to feel like it belonged in this classic legend? Love, love, love the diversity in the characters and the whole thing is just beautiful.

So Good

Unapologetically and delightfully queer. So, so, queer. This is everything and more I could have wished for out of a sequel and out of an Arthurian interpretation. Wraps the story up in a satisfying and extremely cheeky way. Love it.
